Search and filter rules
To follow these steps, open Rules from the left navigation.
To search and filter through your existing mass management rules, you can use the Search bar or the available Filters.
Search bar
In the Search bar, type the whole or any part of the rule Name or ID, and the list below will be filtered accordingly.
Filter
Click the Filter icon next to the Search bar.
The dialog provides check boxes for quick filters, which are applied cumulatively.
All active filters are displayed next to the Filter icon, and you can remove them if no longer needed via the x icon.
Through them, you can filter your rules depending on their State:
Defined
With this filter you can see:all rules which have been created and have not yet been enabled for execution.
Enabled
With this filter you can see:all rules which have been enabled and are ready to be executed when the defined trigger occurs and/or condition is satisfied.
Disabled
With this filter you can see:all rules which have been disabled and currently cannot be triggered. In order to trigger such rules, you have to enable them again.
Failed to enable
With this filter, you can see:all rules whose enabling was not successful and therefore have not been / cannot be currently executed.
