Use Cases

Device Management (Firmware Update)

Bosch IoT Remote Manager enables operators (support engineers, device administrators) of the device manufacturers and service providers to perform centralized remote maintenance of the IoT devices deployed in the field. It provides rich GUI, API and scripting tools, through which technical users and third party applications can perform the following operations:

  • Remote configuration of devices,

  • Firmware update,

  • Device monitoring,

  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting,

  • Backup & restore of the device configuration.

Software Management (Application Provisioning)

Functional Overview
