Overview

Remote Service Access (RSA) is a secure tunneling solution designed for the Bosch Remote Manager platform. It enables authorized users to establish temporary, on-demand connections to IoT gateways deployed in the field without requiring VPN infrastructure.

Key Features

Centralized Access Management

Manage the entire lifecycle of your remote access data. You can create, delete, view, and configure remote access entries through two interfaces:

  • Web Console: A user-friendly graphical interface.

  • REST API: For programmatic automation and integration.

Pre-configured Tunnel Client

Download a lightweight client agent that is pre-configured for your specific target devices. This client automatically establishes the secure WebSocket tunnel, removing the need for manual setup. The client is available for download from both the UI and the REST API.

Secure & Authenticated Connections

Every connection is protected using a secure, authenticated WebSocket tunnel. This builds upon the Secure Websocket Tunnel to ensure that all data transmitted is secure and confidential.
