Bosch IoT Remote Manager on-premise and cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is designed to manage, provide remote access and deliver software updates to a wide range of devices via an API. This product is not designed, certified, or intended for use in military devices, life-support systems, or any other applications where the success or failure of a software update could directly impact safety-critical functions, potentially resulting in injury, death, or severe environmental damage. Therefore, customers are expressly advised against deploying this service in any context where the service will be having a crucial role to the safety and well-being of individuals or the environment.

The service customer acknowledges and agrees that binary files provided by the customers are to be used at the customer’s own risk. The Bosch IoT Remote Manager service makes no warranties or representations regarding the safety, security, or functionality of such binary files uploaded by the customer, and expressly disclaims any liability for damages or losses arising from their use in the corresponding connected devices.
