public interface ControlUnitTrackDefinition

This service could be registered on the backend hosts to define the control unit tracking interface. Track interface must be only one per control unit type at every moment. If there are more than one services registered on the backend, the one with higher ranking will be chosen. To be handled properly, the service must be registered with both service properties:
TRACK_INTERFACE with value defining list of state variables, and
ControlConstants.TYPE specifying the control unit type for which a track interface is being defined.
