The new release of Bosch IoT Rollouts – also part of Bosch IoT Device Management – comes with the following improvements:
Artifact encryption
Artifact encryption is a new feature which allows an Rollouts operator to encrypt all artifacts which are uploaded to a software module. The encryption is based on AES-256 and the encryption key is available as a metadata parameter of the software module. The encryption key can be used by devices to decrypt the downloaded artifacts.
