Renaming of Command & Control endpoints

Eclipse Hono renamed the Command & Control endpoints. This change has been adopted by Bosch IoT Hub. Quote from the Eclipse Hono release notes:

"The control prefix in the northbound and southbound Command & Control endpoints has been renamed to command. The endpoint names with the control prefix are still supported but deprecated. The northbound endpoint for business applications to receive command responses has the command_response prefix now. The old control prefix for the receiver address is also still supported but deprecated."

Official Eclipse Hono Client beginning from version 1.0-M5 uses the new Command & Control endpoints. Older clients still work with the deprecated endpoints.

The deprecated endpoints will be supported by Bosch IoT Hub until the end of February 2020.
