Missing subscriptions when using Bosch Login
I am a Bosch employee and so far I was logging in with my Bosch ID to subscribe to and manage my Bosch IoT Suite services.
I have now logged in with the new SSO option - Bosch Login - and my already created subscriptions have disappeared.
Is my work lost and how can I retrieve my subscriptions?
You subscriptions are not lost and you can easily make them visible through your new account associated with your Bosch Login.
Please, follow the required steps as described in Migration from Bosch ID to Bosch AD.
In the meantime, your Bosch ID account is also available and you can access your subscriptions there as well.
