I am a Bosch employee and so far I was logging in with my SingleKey ID credentials to subscribe to and manage my Bosch IoT Suite services.
I have now logged in with the new SSO option - Bosch Employee - and my already created subscriptions have disappeared.
Is my work lost and how can I retrieve my subscriptions?
You subscriptions are not lost and you can easily make them visible through your new account associated with your Bosch Employee credentials.
Please, follow the required steps as described in Migrate from SingleKey ID to Bosch AD.
In the meantime, your SingleKey ID account is also available and you can access your subscriptions there as well.
