Get a user account
The SingleKey ID and Bosch Employee (SSO for Bosch employees only) user accounts can be used for multiple Bosch applications.
If you have one already, skip this section and proceed with Get a free service plan.
Given, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite website.
Click the user account icon

Click Sign in.
The next step provides two options for authentication:
Auth for service subscriptionAuthentication via SingleKey ID
If you as an external customer do not have a SingleKey ID yet, simply create one, and then use it to create your Bosch IoT Suite account.
Given, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite.
Click the user account icon
Select the SingleKey ID option and follow the wizard
Fill in all required fields:
Email address
Password, following the rules displayed there, e.g.
min. 1 digit
min. 1 special character
min. 1 upper-case character
min 10 characters long
Don't forget to check the box for accepting the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy
The success message will instruct you about the need to "activate" the user.
ExampleRegistration successful. We sent you an email to your-email-adress@example.org with an activation link. If you can't find the email, check your spam and promotions folders.
If you have registered the account from a mobile application, please activate the account on the same mobile device.
As soon as you click the link in the email, your user account is ready to use.
Bosch Employee
If you as a Bosch employee have not used your Bosch Employee credentials to access Bosch IoT Suite yet, you need to create your Bosch IoT Suite account with the details described below.
Again, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite.
Click the user account icon
Select the Bosch Employee option
In the dialog that opens, fill in the required fields
Check the boxes for all three required confirmations (the last one is also required for legal reasons)
Click Agree and Continue
When your account is successfully created, you will receive a welcome email by the Bosch IoT Suite team, with your account details.
Such details are also available at any time in the tab called My Account, as on the screenshot above.
