Account creation via deprecated Portal UI
To create an account with Bosch IoT Suite you need either Bosch Employee credentials or SingleKey ID credentials.
The Bosch Employee login option is available only for Bosch employees. In this case, the identity provider is the Bosch AD.
The SingleKey ID login option is available for Bosch employees and external customers alike. However, it is intended for external customers.
The two login options authenticate you for two different user accounts.
Authentication via SingleKey ID
If you as an external customer do not have a SingleKey ID account yet, simply create one, and then use it to create your Bosch IoT Suite account.
Given, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite and then the user account icon .
Select the SingleKey ID option
Follow the wizard
Fill in all required fields:
Password, following the rules displayed there, e.g.
min. 1 digit
min. 1 special character
min. 1 upper-case character
min 10 characters long
The success message will instruct you about the need to "activate" the user.
Registration successful. We sent you an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an activation link. If you can't find the email, check your spam and promotions folders.
If you have registered the account from a mobile application, please activate the account on the same mobile device.
As soon as you click the link in the email, your user account is ready to use.
Authentication via Bosch AD (Bosch Employee)
If you as a Bosch employee have not used your Bosch Employee login credentials to access Bosch IoT Suite yet, you need to create your Bosch IoT Suite account with the details described below.
Again, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite.
Click the user account icon
Select the Bosch Employee login option
In the dialog that opens, fill in the required fields
Check the boxes for all three required confirmations (the last one is also required for legal reasons)
Click Agree and Continue
When your account is successfully created, you will receive a welcome email by the Bosch IoT Suite team, with your account details.
Such details are also available at any time in the tab called My Account, as on the screenshot above.
