Fixed auto assignments

The auto assignment functionality enables customers to assign an update to all devices matching a specific filter.

In contrast to rollouts, auto assignments also target devices matching the filter after creation time.
However, for Bosch IoT Device Management targeting devices after filter creation did not work. This is now fixed.
