Get a user account

Given, your starting point is the Bosch IoT Suite developers' portal: https://developer.bosch-iot-suite.com/

• Click the user account icon .

• Click Sign up for a new account.

• A dialog Register your Bosch ID appears.
  Fill in all required fields:

  • Email address

  • Password, following the rules displayed there, e.g.
    

    • min. 1 digit

    • min. 1 special character

    • min. 1 upper-case character

    • min. 10 characters long

  • Don't forget to check the box for accepting the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

• The success message will instruct you about the need to "activate" the user.
  Example

  Registration successful.

  We sent you an email to with an activation link. If you can't find the email, check your spam and promotions folders.

  If you have registered the account from a mobile application, please activate the account on the same mobile device.

• As soon as you click the link in the email, your user account is ready to use.
  
  

• Continue with the dialogue Sign up for a Bosch IoT Suite account (https://accounts.bosch-iot-suite.com/signup/acceptterms).
  

  • Read and agree to the Bosch IoT Suite Portal Terms of Use and Bosch IoT Suite SaaS Terms and Conditions.

  • Read and agree to the Data Processing Under Commission terms.

• Click Agree and Continue.

In the next section we will use the Bosch ID for booking a free service plan.
