LoRa protocol adapter from Eclipse Hono

Bosch IoT Hub now uses the LoRa protocol adapter included in Eclipse Hono.

With this change an integration with the following additional LoRa Network providers is possible:

• ChirpStack

• FireFly

• Loriot

• Orbiwise

Please also consider the following changes in LoRa protocol adapter:

• The defined payload is no longer passed to the application in base64-encoded JSON field “payload” but in the body of the AMQP message.

• The meta data is now passed to the application via AMQP application properties.
